Mirzapur: The Movie marks the first cinematic outing for the popular Mirzapur franchise, taking the crime saga from its streaming roots to theatres. The film is directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Puneet Krishna, with Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar producing under Excel Entertainment.

Mirzapur: The Movie is scheduled to release exclusively in cinemas on 4 September 2026. The film is releasing in Hindi and Telugu, marking the franchise's first theatrical feature-film outing.
